Dental Bridges | Prosthodontics
A bridge also known as fixed partial denture is a restoration used to replace a missing tooth by joining permanently to adjacent teeth or dental implants.
It is an artificial prosthesis which replaces lost or missing tooth in such a manner that restoration gains its support from adjacent natural teeth.

Cantilever bridges are used when there are adjacent teeth on only one side of the missing tooth or teeth. It is also mainly used in areas that are under much less stress such as front teeth.

Maryland bonded bridges or Resin bonded bridges are less expensive and are made of plastic teeth and gums supported by metal framework.
